About Willow Therapy Collective
Pennsylvania Therapists Offering Personalized, Compassionate Care for Women
At Willow, we believe that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s personal, intuitive, and shaped by the relationships we build, especially with our therapists. We support women, LGBTQ+ folks, and BIPOC clients through life’s most challenging, transformative, and meaningful seasons. Whether you're navigating new motherhood, burnout, infertility, identity shifts, or trauma, we’re here to offer grounded, affirming care.
Who We Are
Willow Therapy Collective is a Pennsylvania-based therapy practice led by two experienced therapists, Julianna Pierre and Autumn Miller.
We specialize in therapy for women and offer support that is warm, thoughtful, and tailored to the lived realities of our clients. Together, we bring over two decades of clinical experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, postpartum, infertility, identity exploration, and trauma recovery.
Our approach is deeply relational and collaborative. We understand that healing isn’t linear and that therapy should be responsive to your pace, values, and goals.
Whether you're seeking therapy for the first time or returning to it during a new season of life, this is a space where you can breathe, reflect, and feel deeply supported.
At Willow Therapy Collective, you’ll be seen, respected, and supported. Here, you can be your whole beautiful self.

Our Values
At Willow, our work is grounded in the belief that therapy should support your whole well-being. We offer therapy that’s responsive to your story, your pace, and your truth, not a cookie-cutter checklist.
Here’s what we stand for:
Woman-centered care: We center the experiences of women navigating everything from caregiving roles and reproductive journeys to invisible labor, trauma, and burnout.
Identity-affirming: We welcome and celebrate all of you, including the parts that haven’t always been welcomed in other spaces. You don’t have to cut off or hide parts of yourself to be supported here.
Trauma-informed: We honor your pace, your nervous system, and your voice. We’ll collaborate with you throughout the process to ensure your safety and agency.
Anti-oppressive: We understand that healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We know that racism, ableism, transphobia, and other systemic injustices impact mental health, and it’s our role as therapists to push back against those systems while promoting your whole healing.
Relational and intuitive: We show up as humans first, clinicians second. Our relationships with clients are rooted in trust, mutual respect, and deep presence.

Therapy for BIPOC women
LGBTQ+ concerns
As a woman of color, I know how vital it is to feel truly seen and supported. I wanted to create the kind of space where people, especially BIPOC women and LGBTQ+ folks, feel understood, valued, and empowered. In therapy with me, you’ll have a safe, empathetic, and authentic space to take care of yourself, work toward your goals, connect, and find support.
I bring my full self into the therapy room: compassion, curiosity, culture, and humor. I believe healing happens when we’re able to show up honestly, and I’ll always meet you where you are.
Tools I Bring to Session
I integrate therapy approaches and tools to best meet your needs, including:
IFS (Internal Family Systems)
Somatic Practices
DBT
CBT
ACT
Why I Do What I Do
As a neurodivergent woman, I have always been highly imaginative, creative, and a deep-feeling person.
Once I became a therapist, I fell in love with the changes people could make with effective tools and support.
Me Outside of Therapy
I am a musician of 7 instruments (8 if you count voice). I’m a first-generation American and Afro-Latina. I’m a mom of 2, a birth trauma survivor, and a chronic pain girly. ADHD interests have led me to many creative and artistic hobbies throughout my life that bring me joy.
Areas of Focus
Anxiety
Relationship Difficulties
Infertility
Pregnancy
Life transitions (divorce, job transitions, starting a family)
For over a decade, I’ve supported women through every chapter: burnout, heartbreak, baby blues, big decisions, and everything in between. I bring warmth, humor, and compassion to our sessions, and I don’t shy away from the hard conversations.
I’ll give you a space to focus on yourself, your needs, and where you want to go from here. And, you’ll likely have the added bonus of meeting my French bulldog, Fiona, during one of our online sessions.
I help women reconnect with themselves, heal, and move toward what they want out of life
Tools I Bring to Session
I’ll blend tools and approaches to tailor therapy to your needs. These may include

Why I Do What I Do
