A space to exhale, reflect, and return to yourself
Online Therapy for Women in Pennsylvania

Care That Centers You
You deserve therapy that meets you with softness, honesty, and a whole lot of heart. At Willow Therapy Collective, we offer online therapy for women in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and throughout Pennsylvania. Our services are designed to reflect the richness and complexity of your life and to help you feel more grounded, connected, and understood.
Whether you’re navigating a season of stress, stepping into new roles, or carrying invisible emotional weight, you don’t have to do it alone. We’re here to walk beside you.
We support women, LGBTQ+ folks, BIPOC clients, parents, and partners navigating anxiety, fertility challenges, postpartum changes, burnout, relationship shifts, trauma, and neurodivergence. While our practice specializes in therapy for women, we understand that emotional struggles around caregiving, burnout, and life transitions don’t follow neat gender lines. That’s why we offer space for anyone who resonates with our approach and values, and desires compassionate, relational therapy from Pennsylvania therapists who truly see you.
Wherever you are in your journey, we’re here to support the full, complex, brilliant you.

Group Support
Healing happens in community.
-
Our seasonal group offerings provide safe, supportive spaces for women with shared experiences. With a mix of education, reflection, and connection, these groups remind you that you’re not in this alone.
Past groups have supported:
Educators and helping professionals facing burnout
Women in the early stages of motherhood
Managing anxiety and overthinking in daily life
-
Infertility can feel so isolating, and women often struggle with it in silence. Our support groups offer space for grief, hope, frustration, and everything in between.
You’ll find validation, community, and a place to speak the things you’ve been holding inside. Whether you're at the beginning of treatment, grieving a loss, or just need to exhale among others who understand, you don’t have to carry it alone.
-
A space where you don’t have to mask.
These groups support neurodivergent women navigating a world that wasn’t built for us. Here you’ll find connection, care, and validation as we explore a variety of topics, including accommodating yourself, masking, emotional regulation, and belonging.
Perinatal & Postpartum Workshops
Support for your journey into motherhood.
Our virtual workshops offer a place to land during one of life’s biggest transitions. These spaces are honest, informative, and supportive. There’s nothing too small or too messy to talk about.
Topics often include:
Navigating postpartum mental health
Shifts in identity and sense of self
Communication and partner support after your baby is born
