Licensed Therapists Offering Personalized, Compassionate Care in Pennsylvania & Delaware
At Willow, we believe that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s personal, intuitive, and shaped by the relationships we build, especially with our therapists. Our practice centers women’s mental health, while also holding space for those navigating fertility, pregnancy, parenting, and identity transitions—regardless of gender. We work with women, men, parents, LGBTQ+ folks, BIPOC clients, and partners of pregnant or postpartum individuals, offering grounded, affirming care during life’s most tender, challenging, and meaningful seasons.

As a woman of color, I know how vital it is to feel truly seen and supported. I wanted to create the kind of space where people, especially black and brown individuals as well as queer folks, feel understood, valued, and empowered. In therapy with me, you’ll have a safe, empathetic, and authentic space to take care of yourself, work toward your goals, connect, and find support.
I bring my full self into the therapy room: compassion, curiosity, culture, and humor. I believe healing happens when we’re able to show up honestly, and meet my client’s where they are in their process.

“My goal is to provide individuals with a nurturing place where they can finally exhale and tap into their worth, creativity, and strength.”

Internal Family Systems (IFS-parts work)
Outside of Therapy
I like to think of myself as the classic creative spirit! I enjoy the fiber arts (crocheting & knitting). I’m a classically trained musician, vocal performance is my first love. I’m a first-generation Afro-latine U.S. American. I’m a Mom of two magical humans. I lean into my neurodivergence and all of the wonderful hobbies and special interests (& challenges) it brings to my life.
Why I Do What I Do
My passion is helping others navigate their life experiences. I've always considered myself a good listener and an empathetic person, which allows me to connect with individuals at their most authentic selves.
It is an honor to sit with clients through their pain and celebrate their successes as we work together to make meaning of life. As a therapist I love seeing my clients learn and grow through therapy.
Why I Do What I Do
As a neurodivergent person, I have always been highly imaginative, creative, and a deep-feeling individual. Once I became a therapist, I fell in love with the changes people could make with effective tools and support.
I have worked in a variety of roles & capacities throughout my career in healthcare. I am a 2x survivor of birth trauma and postpartum depression. After my experience of birth trauma and having difficulty myself finding effective care, I knew I wanted to pivot my practice to support people through similar challenges.

“I help women reconnect with themselves, heal, and move toward what they want out of life. For over a decade, I’ve supported women through every chapter: burnout, heartbreak, baby blues, big decisions, and everything in between. I bring warmth, humor, and compassion to our sessions, and I don’t shy away from the hard conversations.
I’ll give you a space to focus on yourself, your needs, and where you want to go from here. You’ll likely have the added bonus of meeting my French bulldog, Fiona, during one of our online sessions”
