Counseling Rates
Intake Assessment & Diagnosis- $200.00
Individual Session (per 53-60 minute session): $170.00
Couples / Family session - $200.00
Targeted Group Sessions - $65.00
Payment Options
We accept all major credit, debit, FSA, and HSA cards. To receive services, we request that all clients have a card on file with our office, which is securely stored in your electronic health records client portal via IVY PAY. Payment is due at time of service.
Clinical Supervision
Individual Supervision (60 minute session): $170.00
Group Supervision - $65.00
Affording Care
We offer lower-cost options to clients who may not have insurance and cannot afford out-of-pocket costs. Please reach out regarding sliding scale options or bring it up during your consultation.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please note plan coverage vary, you can call the number for member services on the back of your card and check your coverage carefully before starting services. Our Team will complete a benefits and eligibility check for services prior to your scheduled appointment.
What if we’re not in-network with your insurance?
Willow Therapy Collective accepts Out of Network insurances and are happy to work with insurances and potential clients on identifying out of network plan benefits and reimbursement. Even if you don’t see your insurance provider listed here, reach out to our team for additional information about your options.
PLEASE NOTE: Willow Therapy Collective cannot accept Medicaid & Medicare plans. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
